This is dumb. It's full of complete misunderstandings. "Shedding" is when you have a virus that actively is replicating inside your body. This allows the new virus particles to be expelled from your body through various means (usually via the lungs, blood, sex organs, or even sweat). Vaccines, REAL vaccines, can cause people to become infected when the vaccine uses a live virus. Usually that virus is introduced in some sort of inhibitor to weaken it or in small enough quantities so that the body's immune system can easily deal with it. Either way, the immune system basically practices on the real virus (other vaccines use dead virus particles) and so gains experience in fighting it. This is not always a guarantee of immunity for SOME vaccines, but rather a practical immunity. However, shit happens. Someone could get a full blown infection from a live virus vaccine. Someone could get that practical immunity, but then just have shitty luck to be exposed to the virus while their immune system is compromised. Many viruses will live in your body, effectively suppressed by your immune system, until such time as your immune system is sufficiently weakened, and then you actually get sick (even though you had the virus the whole time). That's why doing things like outdoor work in the winter can get you suddenly sick, even without contact with others.
Anyway, none of that can be occurring with these RNA "vaccines" because they aren't vaccines at all. There's no virus in them, alive or dead. There's just RNA info packets that mutates the cells that it comes into contact with (usually the lining of the circulatory system) and produced spike protein receptors from that infected cell, along with some RNA trash like a normal virus would produce. So the blood clots happen when blood platelets stick to that receptor and to each other. The part where the immune system comes in is detecting the trash and thinking there's an infected cell, which it then kills. So the "vaccine" IS a sort of infection, but it can only get your body to destroy its own cells. It can't produce new virus. The only way you could transfer the "vaccine" to someone else is by swapping bodily fluid, supposing you still had enough RNA packets in your system to actually make it into that fluid.
One other issue, which seems to be the case for women/periods/miscarriages/etc is the immune system's reaction. It's likely that the immune system for these women is having a sort of cytokine storm based on the spike protein (not the trash) and then going after other things with spike protein (like the eggs, fetus, etc). I'm not an expert, but based on what I've been reading/watching so far, it seems like that's what's happening. In that case, you wouldn't necessarily need a full dose of vaccine, or you could have that secondary contact and just get a little bit of it, and that could cause the overreaction. This would also explain why so many young healthy people are dropping dead of it. The stronger your immune system is, the more capable it is of killing you should it have this kind of reaction. We don't know why the immune system has this reaction in some but not others, just that a healthier immune system is a deadlier immune system in this regard.
Given the surrounding context, it's not really clear if they are saying simple skin contact or inhalation of air near a vaxist is possible to cause an infection. Seems like it's talking about more intimate contact, and even then it seems fairly precautionary. The sex/breastfeeding part, however... that's obvious exposure.

The only anecdotal stories about normal people interacting with vaxists include a get who banged his vaxist girlfriend and woke up with bruises everywhere and other symptoms, and a baby who breast fed from their vaxist mother right before coming down with reaction symptoms and dying.
There would be no other way for the invaxion to get into your body without a transfer of bodily fluids. And even then, it would probably be necessary for the vaxist to have been very recently invacted for there to be enough of it still in their system, unused, to transfer.
