I'd been voting Republican since 2004 when I cast my first vote at 18. Since then it's always generally been the same way, although I hated my options in 2008 and 2012.
Leading up to the GOP primaries, I'd was backing Rand Paul, and had been for a few years. I'd heard Trump was also in the running and was making some big waves, but I stuck behind Rand at first.
...Then that first GOP primary debate came along... and the very question I remember being asked was Megyn Kelly's question to Trump, with his legendary Rosie O'Donnell response. At that point I knew the guy had bigger balls than any candidate to ever run for office, and at that point I was sold on him. Been MAGA ever since.
