To protect the principle of secret ballots (so you can vote for whoever you want without others knowing who you voted for), ballots are separated from voter identification before they are tallied. Therefore, it’s impossible to review tallied ballots to determine the correct number of legal votes. However, we can probably prove who the correct winners of the various races are, particularly given the scope of the apparent fraud.

Statistical anomalies can be evidence of fraud but they aren’t sufficient to prove fraud. Together with additional evidence of fraud, they could sway a court.

We must demand an audit of the list of people who allegedly voted to estimate the scope of ineligible voting fraud.

We must demand to have careful manual recounts to expose any fraud in vote tallying machines. During these recounts, we should also look for large blocks of consecutive ballots filled out identically.

The coming legal battles will probably focus on expedient things to prove localized fraud in areas that are most likely to change the outcome of the presidential election. In addition, we must demand accountability for the entire electoral system. We must expose the fraud even in places we won. After all, Florida uses Dominion software.

As yet uncounted ballots may not yet be separated from voter identification. Careful examination of those ballots could help expose fraud.
