At about 1 hour and 28 minutes, right when Rudy was calling witnesses and getting into details about how Dominion voting machines were connected to the internet (Dominion initially said they weren't), someone messed with the feed and started playing some radio show, sounds, or something, with the national Anthem, etc. And you couldn't hear the rest of the testimony. This started immediately when the testimony started getting interesting. This was deliberate. I think the ruining of the feed starts at 1:28:28 on Right Side Broadcasting on shitty Facebook.
