Is just that Matrix is a pretty chat but is not that reliable either. No one is going to ban you there but it does have its own issues, encryption can be buggy, it can get very laggy in large rooms, it can go down every now and then. The best way to combat all these issues with 3rd party chats is to host your own. Not to mention full control over your data. Anyways, good luck!!!!
