The way I see it is, we don't know. Could it be fake? Absolutely. If so, is it intentionally fake, or accidentally fake? Could it be true? Absolutely. With what's been going on, I don't think ANYTHING is outside the realm of possibility anymore.
A bunch of Doomers in this thread whining about an obviously faked video. If it was real, they wouldn't have allowed it to be seen.

The fuel isn't a problem. It can actually be recycled. The problem is the graphite rods that control/contain the reaction. Those need to be replaced once they've absorbed too much radiation.
However, even those might be able to be recycled. Look up nuclear diamond batteries. Batteries that are made out of nuclear waste that will have a charge for potentially thousands of years and are safe enough to hold in your hand.
There's a 0% of it blowing up. Reactors are not the same as bombs. The reactor disasters are meltdowns, which are extremely rare with all the safety built in to the system.

But I don't understand what you're trying to say. On the one hand, it sounds like you're saying you do judge people, but that I shouldn't because I am "unfit"? Or are you only judging them on one part of scripture and nothing else? Both are contrary to scripture.
And yes, the end times do speak of these things, but nowhere does it say to "let it spread without rebuke because it's inevitable anyway."
Don't cherry-pick verses. If you read the rest of the passage (Verses 4-5), Christ isn't saying not to judge, He's saying you will be held to the same standard and you better look over yourself first. He only condemns hypocritical judging.
Christ himself judges people in Matthew 7:22-23 "Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity."
1 Corinthians 5:11 "But now I have written unto you not to keep company, if any man that is called a brother be a fornicator, or covetous, or an idolator, or a railer, or a drunkard, or an extortioner; with such an one no not to eat."
Judgement is all through the Bible. Only liars say they don't judge. Judgement is one of the attributes of God that man shares, without it we'd be worse than animals.
