One cannot prove the extent of Dominions involvement. All we know is that Dominion made machines with door large enough to drive a truck through. One cannot prove fraud on Domnions part, only that the machine are easy to commit fraud on.
As far as vote switching. Powell's evidence only allow one to see that the machines could be exploited, but cannot determine the nature of the exploit without an audit.
