Maybe we could do the same with democrat cities who are constantly begging for bail outs from their neighbors. It would pay for itself.

Yeah, but the thing is that it was opening back up. We were going to open the gym on base this past Friday until the FRAGORD came out to stop it.

I just can't wrap my head around some of the things prohibited because they make no sense.

I mean it in the context of a child being grounded by their parents. Which coincidentally is what it feels like. I just want to go back to working 5 days a week instead of 2, and having a little bit of freedom in my time off. I'm on shore duty, not currently deploying, and it is being ruined because of fucking CNN. Just like when my last deployment got extended and our port call in Australia got cancelled because CNN said that we weren't where the Pentagon said we were. The media should not be dictating terms to the military.

Did you know that the US Navy has issued a standing order to all troops stationed in the US that they are prohibited from dine in restaurants, bowling alleys, movie theaters, gyms, public pools, public beaches, and any non essential retail shopping establishments or shopping malls? Made em sign a statement of understanding that they are liable to being prosecuted for failure to obey and everything. It is too far at this point.

Agreed. We can't support people who break the law regardless of their affiliation. It is just too bad that a lot of the district attorneys, judges, and local politicians are playing at being activists and choosing sides based on affiliation rather than the facts at hand. I dont blame the police because for the most part they are just doing their best not to lose their jobs during a recession.

They got him for assault. He spit into her car when she drove by, maybe the second time. Selective law enforcement is not ok.

That is just a stepping stone. This is where they want us to be, though it will obviously take a bit more time.

Honestly it's not really necessary to troll them at this point. They've got it well in hand.

From the latest edit:

"We are placing a cap of 50% on the proportion of Council members who have performed one or more premeditated sexual assaults or rapes in the preceding twelve months. Homelesspersons and disabledpersons are exempt from this cap." https://i.maga.host/zSMUmo3.jpg

The only issue is that while it was a running joke, the comments often turned into reasonable political discussions about actual real world issues.

Topics I remember included repealing large portions of the NFA, defunding and disbanding the ATF in it's current configuration, instituting nationwide concealed carry reciprocity, forcing gun rights issues up to the Supreme Court in order to nullify unconstitutional state firearms laws, outright bans on all red flag laws and no knock warrants for non criminals or non violent criminal offenders, mandating transparency from domestic intelligence agencies in all situations involving US citizens, going back to the gold monetary standard, returning the power of the purse to congress, abolishing the federal reserve.

All of these seem like rational political opinions to you and me. The problem comes when purposeful misunderstanding mixed with downright idiocy from the left as they refuse to acknowledge that there are differences between those discussions, and the content of the memes. It makes for an easy sell for them when they lump the genuine conservative views of the comments section with the obvious buffoonery and nonsense of our beloved memes. It gives them just enough pretense to slap together meme content and ideals for how govt should be, and paint us as violent, civil war mongering agitators.

They really have a lot to work with since they have zero regard for truth in reporting, or even sticking to basic common sense at this point.

I hope it blows up in their faces. WH press secretary probably already has notes on it.

For the sake of accuracy, the Hawaiian shirts is referencing memes made when reddit originally brigaded the joke sub for boogaloo memes. Once they were being attacked, and made out to be actually "calling for civil war", and "inciting violence" they switched to a new sub called big luau, because it sounds similar, and was a good joke. Thus, Hawaiian shirts.
