If nobody's mentioned vitamin D yet... ask for the doctors to begin large doses. It may not help the inflamed tissue, but it can help the immune system get the boost it needs.

Greatest redemption arc in political history.

From Lyin to Lion in 4 years. Very impressive.

I blame it all on the beard.

PSA: This vaccine has a list of known side effects that they've talked about for some time. Not surprisingly, they're basically what would happen to you if you had a high dose of SARS-CoV-2 injected directly into you, minus the severe respiratory symptoms and high fevers.

The upside is, it's less severe than an actual COVID infection would be, plus you get long-term immunity and you don't have to worry about being contagious (no quarantine requirements and such).

A lot of people don't know this, but many vaccines do have the same symptoms close to the illness itself, because a lot of the "symptoms" we blame on a virus are actually because of our immune system violently reacting to the threat and sapping all of our energy.

This Wikipedia page has a lot of information about different types of vaccines and how each of them work: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vaccine#Types

Pretty much all of them sound to me like they'd get a pretty violent immune system reaction.

"Overturn" is a bad term to use because it implies the election was free and fair.

I'm aware of the hospitals being incentivized to count died-with-COVID as died-from-COVID

I assume so, since there's no legislative exceptions yet, but I look forward to them passing that "immunity certificate" they talked about so long ago so at least SOME people can be left alone.

No test. I knew I was infected. I shared drinks with someone who was actively sick with COVID exclusive symptoms (smell, taste) and I developed a headache about 2 days later that lasted for 2 ish days.

Not so deadly after all, which I knew long before dosing myself. I'm glad the opportunity came along, and I'd do it again. Hell, I probably WILL do it again, just to keep those antibodies armed.

I know reddit well enough to know that would be a very bad idea.

No, because I was already isolating and I intentionally re-dosed myself via contaminated water bottles to make sure I would reach full immunity during the isolation. I knew I would beat it easily, and I did. Now I'm immune. No more worrying about infecting old people or isolating unexpectedly.

Yep, it's pretty random. I will say this, though: The person that spread it to me took NO vitamin D ever, and they had it worse than I did.

It should come back soon, eventually... I hear of people that took months to return to 100%.

I still think it's possible that there's no such thing as democrat states; just big cities with corrupt DNC leaders.

Wearing a mask REALLY pissed me off at first, because they were very uncomfortable. Once I got a decent one, it's been easier. It's not mandatory where I live, so I assume everyone with one is afraid to catch it and I avoid them.

Distancing definitely helps, if you want to avoid spread... but I think there's a lot of people out there that would pounce on the opportunity to catch it so they could become immune. I definitely did.

Ruining small business and giving their customers to Amazon is pure evil.

100% back after about 3-4 days. This was over a week ago they subsided.

Some places yes, others no. I caught it from sharing drinks with an infected person.

Headache ONLY. I got it by sharing drinks with an infected person. No test, because I didn't want to deal with all the tracing since I was isolating anyways.

Alive. Was NOT bad at all. I thank Vitamin D and such for that.

Never lost it. I only got a headache, but the person I got it from lost it AFTER recovering from fevers/congestion, and it took about another 10 days to reach 100% again.

I think it's the most contagious for sure, but certainly not the most deadly, even compared to last year.
