Tracy Beanz nails it. The court said they were NOT going to hear the case because Texas didn't suffer specific injury. They did not dispute the overwhelming evidence inside, or say they won't hear it from a party that DID suffer injury (many options). Nothing has changed at all! (twitter.com)
