Nice characterization...except now I'm going to be even more stressed out next time I have to go under, lol. Fuckin' thanks!

Fuck that idjit. Weird, maybe anesthesiologists are a different breed. I went in for a cardio echo that's done down the esophagus a month ago. The day before, the nurse doing my preop stuff gave me a bunch of sealed towels of antiseptic wash and told me I had wash my entire body the night before and the morning of. I had to meet briefly with the anesthesiologist before I left, and he saw me holding the bag of towels and was like, "We're sticking a camera down your throat...why the hell are they making you do that? Well, I know what I'd do..."

I laughed and spared myself a bunch of aggravation. Wiped one on my arms and neck to make sure I passed the smell test, lol.

Probably. Some commie who has developed a lisp and rotting esophogus lately, and just had a wake-up call after reading your comment as to why, lol.

I'm on the west coast of FL...mix of rural and suburbia. Cat food, esp the canned kind has been steadily decreasing in availability from the Publix I shop. It's not quite as bad as the picture, but getting close.

I can't even imagine the 'person' who downvoted your comment. SMFH....

My slightly educated theory: Florida and some other southern states weren't locked down nor enforced much of a mask policy. The delta variant swept through quickly, infecting many in July and August. After running out of hosts, the virus faded away, so now there's hardly any cases. Other states that were in lockdown during the same period didn't have the delta spike. Now, states like Michigan are seeing their big delta spike since it didn't have the opportunity to run it's course.

Of course, this is all based on info and stats that I can only assume are accurate. And, many of the points you mentioned can probably contribute as well. Only thing though...Florida spike in July/August, so heat didn't really help. If anything, it may have kept more people inside if they're older and can't tolerate the heat that well.

Lol, it's magic! I was wondering the point of looking at the cops bald head and ceiling. Thanks for the advice. Happy Thanksgiving!

No, this whole story is a convoluted mess. I even checked the link and read the story, and it's bass ackwards. Even the video bullet points are wrong. The video points state that children 12+ received the wrong dose, not 5-11. Who knows??

Yeah, except I think the toxic waste section overlaps Alabama a lot....Drank the well water as a kid and got the health problems to show for it. --From a little town called Elmer, lol.

The Cabal was only for the first couple of seasons of the Blacklist. The Last Ship was pretty patriotic, but the writing went downhill after the main story arc concluded. Still a fun show though, considering everything else on TV these days. I like Seal Team. It gets a little too drama-y sometimes, but is relatively fun. I'm waiting for the inevitable turn from the islamic terrorists being bad guys to the US government being the bad guys ala Homefront, but we'll see.

I think they expected a 5 season run. I believe it was after season 5 that the plots and story arcs got really weak, then entered woke silliness. It was really bad the last couple of seasons, 7-8. Might'a been after S04 though. Can't really remember...

Yeah, I've had to do similar for my 12 yo daughter, as I'm likely to not be around when she gets to be 18 due to health issues. I've moved up some things that I might otherwise leave until she's older. It's an important balancing act. It may however be the best way as hopefully it'll make our kids more self-sufficient and better able to adapt than many kids who do nothing but stare at TikTok videos all day. I have hope that kids that are taught well now will be the ones in charge of everything down the road since the rest can't even figure out how to deal with a boss, etc.

I, too, have this question. I've seen a lot on this site, but can't say I've seen Avon/Mary Kay wars going on...

Yes, it was a culture shock when I moved from rural South Jersey to Tampa for college. Went to a CircleK and barely knew what to do at the pump, then wept for joy upon seeing all the beer in the refrigerator section!

I see below you are going to try the religious route. That's probably better. Especially since you mentioned Tampa and the formatting of the email heading appears to be the same one I use. If it's the same or similar large group in Tampa, I'm pre-transplant for cardiac issues and was still told by my pre-transplant cardiologist that I needed to get the clot-shot or else I would likely die. So, yeah, go the religious route.

Of course, the guy who posted this on Twitter doesn't exist, because it's a fake.

I believe the point was doing something outrageous to gain attention/piss off the adults. Carrying around a 10lb keychain isn't the same as become trans, but the behavior is similar, albeit trans is obviously more extreme. Which seems to be required these days to get a rise out of people. At no time did the person state that being trans will get the hot girls attention.

"I don’t see how becoming trans will get the hot girls attention"

It's neither here nor there, but I don't think I've seen that much of a false leap of logic in months, lol. I can't see how that commenter got that from your comment. ¯\(ツ)
