I love how it's an "agency use only" memo, and there are no names provided. I also love how they are effectively accusing healthcare workers, all of them, as racist. They blame "systemic racism", and the "system" in this case is the healthcare system. So all of you tiktok dancing nurses and doctors who have been deified, you're now ALL racists, deliberately killing black people.

I would only disagree a bit with the "Irrespective of party" bit. Hasn't he seen voting stats for DC? It's like 95% Dem. Repubs have their McCains, Romneys, etc., but the permanent State is basically ALL Democrat. That means the FBI is the Democrat party, they're the federal Democrat secret police. When there's political gain to be had for the Democrat party, the FBI moves like a hot knife through butter. And when there is something potentially detrimental to the Democrat party, it is hidden, obscured, ignored, and lied about.
