Of course he would. Rudy is a showman. He and the president believe that the laptop is a big enough bombshell on its own. They want people to get engaged on what was already released. If there was nothing left to show, would they say they're done and moving on to something else or would they keep dripping things out to keep it on people's minds?
Trump could lose this race because 2% of conservatives voted for a different conservative other than him. Their votes get thrown away unless their candidate gets roughly 50% of the popular vote. They know that this is wholly outside of the realm of possibility yet they do it anyway, also knowing that their votes can tip the balance of the election. The vast majority of conservatives don't play this game. Yet every election we lose most of our cushion to the 2% who do. They can go to hell.
