Most people have a short attention span and this lawsuit allows the MSM to say "See look, Powell, Wood and Guliani are all nut jobs and they lied about the election being rigged because Dominion is suing them". It stops other people from talking about the steal due to the fear of being sued, it further cements the lie that the election was fair and it kicks the can further down the road in hopes that more people will forget or stop caring about the election being stolen.
I'm not a lawyer but I would imagine Dominion pulls the lawsuits before it reaches the point of discovery otherwise they are fucked. But even at that point (Prob months from now) they would have accomplished everything I stated above and you won't hear a peep from MSM about the lawsuits being dropped.
That's how I felt after reading that first sentence. "Conservative activist"... I guess trying to tell the country that there was illegal activity going on during election night that helped change the outcome of the election automatically makes you a "conservative activist".
This would be the only realistic way of getting this passed, but I would only be onboard if they are grandfathered in as in the current and following term count towards that limit. Not grandfathered in where the term limit is never applied to them.
Creating a third political party would be risky, but I don't think taking over the GOP is realistic and conservative infighting could be just as damaging.
Taking over the GOP is a similar to draining the swamp in DC, we won't know how deep the corruption is until it's too late. I could see the GOP pretending to embrace the Trump supporters and then during the primaries they pull one over on us like the DNC did to Bernie, then a large number of conservatives feel cheated and don't go out to vote.
A new thirdy party would have given us a good chance to wake up some normies. Most sheep hear Republican and think old white pplz and racism and think it's uncool to be associated with them. But we didn't do enough to stop the MSM and Big Tech so you know we won't get a fair shot and we'll quickly be labeled the party of alt-right extremist racist nazis.
Either way we get labeled as racist nazis but at least with a third party we control our destiny.
I think it could be done and it could attract enough people from the center if from day 1 the party is crystal clear on what it stands for and has candidates that honestly believe in that message. All of us on this site have differing views, but I think we all agree that we want America and it's people to come first, we want the constitution to be followed and for there to be law and order, and we don't care about identity politics, all we want is for all Americans to live good, safe, happy, prosperous lives and a government that wants the same thing and knows that the only way to achieve that is with minimal intervention.
I agree, but I think it was probably his counsel that fucked us over after the election, and maybe most of his presidency. Think about how busy Trump is throughout the day, it's not like he has a few hours to spend on here, so he was probably being fed BS. The pillow guy kinda confirmed that when he went to the white house and was given the run around and the counsel dismissed all of his info and only let him talk to Trump for 5 minutes. Both of them could be full of shit, or the pillow guy's info could have been crap, but Trump's lack of action since Nov 3 doesn't really add up.

I hope it doesn't come down to that, but you also have to weight the consequences of letting the Dems get away with this. Let's look at a few different scenarios for life after January 20th 2021.
Scenario 1: Biden becomes president
Democrats controll all three branches of the government and now they know they can get away with stealing elections without any consequences.
Best case?: Democrats control everything and there will never be another fair election but they let us believe we still have a say in things by allowing RINOs to win some elections. Democrats let us peasants live on a short leash, conservatives are silenced, MSM and Big Tech continue unchecked, our country is sold out to China, our children are brainwashed, freedom of speech and our right to bear arms is taken away and they shove their progressive and socialist BS down our throats until we all believe there are an infinite number of genders. You keep your head down, mouth shut and do what you are told. If you step out of line your social credit score will be negatively affected which could lead to you taking a trip to your local reeducation camp and if your score gets too low you get Epstein'd.
Worst case: Democrats crank the censorship up to 11, most conservatives are labeled as "white supremacists" (regardless of their skin color) or "domestic terrorists" and that's their excuse to start taking our guns away and rounding us up. Ends in Civil War or a conservative holocaust and everyone else lives in the above case.
Scenario 2: Trump stays in office
This proves the system isn't 100% corrupt and that we have a chance to save our country but it's going to be an even bigger up hill battle than the first 4 years.
Best case: Trump has one last option and he's able to wake up a majority of the American public. Antifa and BLM throw a fit in a few cities but Trump puts a quick end to that and the tide begins to turn and corrupt politicians and those involved with the election fraud are prosecuted. A majority of Americans begin to realize Democrats, the MSM and Big Tech have been lying to us and trying to divide us. Than a majority of Americans are onboard to MAGA.
Worst case: Trump has to involve the military and things get ugly. If Trump isn't able to get the truth out and expose the Democrats, MSM and Big Tech to the American people then it becomes a Civil War.
There will never be another time where the fraud is as evident as it is now. Trump won this election and we are in the right. I wish it never came down to invoking the IA or involving the military but I also wish the Democrats wouldn't have stolen the election and we could have continued living our lives and kept MAGA. I dont think invoking the IA is a good option, but at this point it is one of the only options left.
I pray that Trump has a peaceful way to stay in office. But if it comes down to it then we have to make a stand now while we have a chance to save our country, or else we kick the can down the road a few years and the swamp becomes even more entrenched and then the only thing we have left to fight for is our lives.

I think it's times like these we realize a majority of Americans aren't so different. Trump winning in a landslide was proof of that. Take away the fraud, the number of people who voted early before watching the debates, the people that haven't realized they've swallowed the redpill and decided not to vote instead of voting Trump, or the people still brainwashed by the MSM and Big Tech that believe Trump is Hitler 2.0 even though his views align more with theirs than Biden's does.

Just hitting delete and emptying the recycle bin isn't going to prevent forensics from recovering data, but overwriting the data will.
Most likely these machines are using SSDs rather than HDDs. Data is physically written to HDDs so there are probably better odds at recovering the data if it hasn't been physically destroyed.
Hillary used bleachbit to wipe her servers, which I'm sure that alone would prevent data from being recovered, but physically destroying the drive ensured nothing could ever be recovered.
I hope I'm wrong, but I think the chances are slim they find anything during a forensic audit. The fact that dominion makes the hardware and software means they have full control over everything.
If the devices are connected to the internet then any evidence will be gone. We'll be able to prove the devices were accessible over the internet which proves the machines weren't secure, but won't give us evidence that votes were manipulated unless network data was captured like the Colonel was saying.
If they aren't connected to the Internet then I can almost guarantee the machines will be clean and the manipulation was done by the USB flash drives. I think this is the most likely scenario since eyes were on the machines and not the USB drives. If they are ever required to hand over those USB drives you know it won't be the ones they used on election night.
If the machines did have code to manipulate votes then it could be possible the ballot images were exported, the drive on the machine was wiped and then a clean version of the software was reinstalled and ballot images were imported.
There's a thousand ways they could have manipulated the vote and they've had 20 some years to figure out the best way to cover their tracks. We have no idea how physically secure these machines have been since the election and we're only getting to look at one piece of the puzzle.
