There's been a lack of known serial killers in recent years, it makes you wonder if they just pretend to be part of gangs these days, because they'll never really be investigated?

The election isn't done yet, run off time. Let's hope people turn out again. Fortunately, Chile has some of the safest elections in the world. A system I personally think we should adopt parts of, held on a Sunday, essentially a jury pool of non partisan vote counters, and a voting ID that is your national ID.

Sadly many of them escaped and then came back after 1990. They then took over the education system including universities and have helped lead events that have created the new prostitution constitutional convention and the utter disaster the country is in. Their own banks think their currency is going to fail and have stopped making long term loans as inflation grows.

It actually seems like it's offering other organized criminal organizations to fill in the gap. If the government is useless in policing then someone else will step in and take their place. Maybe it will be the mob or the cartel, but they'll fight between each other in their own type of war.

Yeah, the best defense is the best offense. Live somewhere that if people start a riot they'll be shot by the locals.

For historical context, the common law allows force even to the point of taking a life in an actual riot. It would be surprising if they undo centuries of case law.

Oddly enough step throat can cause brain inflammation and most of the medical community has discounted PANS for years. Some doctors will say it doesn't actually exist. Stanford has dedicated quite a bit of research to it though.

Maybe Yellan is concerned about illegals not paying their fair share? Banking could be a way to track that since banks like Bank of America will just give people accounts. Currently, if one is caught working while waiting for their green card, they just have to pay the money they would owe in taxes and this could give USCIS the power to check with the IRS about who "owes" them taxes. Either way, it's a compete overreach and the IRS should be abolished and USCIS should be more time efficient.
