China wants to rule the global economy, but they want Democracy to fail not rule it. They constantly run propaganda to their people about how Democracies like ours are broken.. (even the times when they aren't)

Last thing China wants is global democracy, then their own people might get crazy ideas about demanding the same thing at home.
