Not a psychiatrist, but from all the screaming and anger I think I can piece something together. These people hate themselves. Not just the brainwashing white-guilt but rather themselves as a whole, deep inside they can feel that they are lacking something, or failed at life and it fills them with rage. Rather than utilize that energy to push themselves to fix themselves, they instead choose something or someone to funnel it to, essentially blaming someone else for their messed up life. And when the feelings and problems don't go away, they just get angrier. Deep down we know when we have failed, or are wrong but it's up to us to fix it and learn from it.

This is just an observation I've made, don't know if there is a medical diagnosis for this but I've seen it A LOT with the left. Of course there are those who are just down right bat-shit crazy and/or evil but most of it just looks like the left is a melting pot of mental destabilization and degradation.
