I don't think it matters anymore. Tony Spell is being offered a plea bargain, probably because the state doesn't want it to go to court, because Tony didn't break any laws. Just unconstitutional mandates. You can search his name along with the phrase "plea bargain" if you wanna know more, I hate sharing local news links, they are RIFE with sketchy ads. He was one of the first people that fought the mandates though. No laws broken and the man is being offered a plea deal.
