It says in the PDF that SOME ballots will have a watermark, My guess is a few per lot, probably to cut cost. Also, entirely possible this watermark could be counterfeited.
Will be keeping an eye on this as the rumor is that this election was a trap.
Biden is well on his way to 72 mil, while Trump is at 68.3 mil. He's gained like only 1 mil or so through out the day. Biden gained like 6 mil. The dems didn't pull this off themselves, they would have had to make too much noise. They've got help from another government. Where'd all those ballots get printed?
We said we were gonna vote on election day so the dems wouldn't know how many votes they'd need to cheat. We thought they were gonna undershoot, not overshoot, but whatever. Even better.
They're gonna have multiple precincts with more votes than voters. They might even screw around and go over the amount of voters nationally.

With MASSIVE numbers still left to count. Just because the race has been called on those websites, DOESN'T mean 100% of precincts have reported in. Just enough to call it. So there are still a LOT of votes to be counted.
The mail in scam worked way better than we could have ever imagine and you can expect that to be the new norm EVERY year.
