We all know it's not legal, but sadly it depends on the judges in your state. I'm a MD pede, and a lawsuit against the governor was just shot down by a judge. Ideally, these types of cases should go to supreme court but most will never make it.

That is a head scratcher as it appears Dominion machines were not used in Philly. They apparently used Express Vote XL machines. Also found this Salon article (of all places) warning of the risk these particular machines pose due to the capability to flip paper ballots after being tabulated. The way I understand, the built up excess fractions of votes were transferred around to other precincts, but then combined to become whole votes.
