Pro-Trump Republicans in the Senate will utilize an old Supreme Court precedent from the 20’s that will allow one chamber to amend the names on a conviction AFTER the conviction has taken place. It’s a precedent that accounts for mistakes and “clerical errors” written into bills and proceedings. Basically Pro-Trump Republicans will amend the conviction vote to turn “Trump”, into “Biden, Harris, and Pelosi”. It needs a simple committee majority, which they have the votes for before Ossoff and Warnock are sworn into the Senate at 3pm on January 20th, 3 hours after Biden is expected to be sworn in.

These Republicans moved Ossoff and Warnock’s swearing in back by 3 hours specifically for the purpose of impeaching and convicting Biden, Harris, and Pelosi right after Biden and Harris are sworn in. This will make Grassley President of the United States, but it seems Trump met with Grassley 2 times in the past 72 hours. People are thinking he might give it up to Pompeo who is next in line. Me thinks whoever takes power, will make Trump VP to take the power back from these radical communists in Congress. E Basically Republicans are tricking Democrats to vote for the impeachment and conviction of Biden and Dems can’t do anything about it. It’s just chatter right now, but it will basically be all but confirmed if the conviction trial is placed on the 19th or 20th. It’s basically Trump’s last available option. We’re still in this boys !
