This is the same thing the judge said in the PA Act 77 case brought up by Rep. Kelly and candidate Sean Parnell. It looks like it is going to SCOTUS based on what Justice Alito is doing. I wonder if that case could set precedent for this case to go to SCOTUS also.
With everything we have been seeing it’s highly likely that they didn’t really vote these people into positions of leadership. Same thing goes for ballot initiatives. If the cheating is just now being exposed who knows what races in the past 20 years have been legitimate.
I'm not convinced that even if they let the GOP pick the sample that the observers will be allowed to be anywhere near the process to actually see the signatures. If they pull a Wisconsin on us in AZ then it won't matter what sample is picked. You could have signatures that aren't even close but if observers can't see it then what's the point. Who knows maybe this one will be different....
