Turns out the energy crisis might have been fabricated due to power stations not wanting to pay the extra high gas prices.

Of course with Texas recently flirting with succeeding and then this happening, who knows? I don't believe in coincidence's anymore.

Dealing with this stuff is my job. I've seen worse. Just make sure the water to the building is shut off in the boiler room. And when it all thaws out just tear the sheetrock out and start fixing it all. Pro tip, a heat gun or other heat device on the shut off valve for 10 minutes will free it to turn it off. Be very careful of using any flame device, not recommended.
