This sounds exactly like what the Colonel was starting to explain in Michigan hearing, so I'm pretty sure the right people know.

Did you already get in touch with the legal team? This sounds very similar to what the Colonel started explaining during the Michigan hearing with the rotating of precincts once a certain count was reached.

I am convinced they have it all.
