The Biden administration desperately needs a win. They're off to a rocky start and their base (especially younger base) is starting the realize that they made a grave mistake voting for him. What Biden really needs is for things to get back to normal. To distract the population the way they always were, in bars, night clubs, sporting events, etc. But just opening up would expose the scam that covid is, so by getting everyone "vaccinated" they can justify opening things up by July (summer time, how convenient) and get the masses back to their distractions.
