In the early days, after Christ’s resurrection it was the persecution of His followers that actually spread the Good News. It seems like the light of Christianity, like the Tree of Liberty needs watering too.

Graduate #1: finished 4 year college, majored in Music. Unemployed for last 4 years, living in parents basement, depressed. $179,000 SL debt.
Graduate #2: finished 4 year college, majored in French. Working for an airlines at a desk in an airport. Living with parents. $110,000 SL debt
Graduate #3: finished community college while working fulltime as a nanny for Room & Board, majored in Accounting. Employed, living independently in a Red state. $16,000 SL debt (originally $30,000, but they had paid $14,000 from their salary).
Why, why would anyone want to saddle themselves with such a burden in life?
