Some of the legislature is for Trump, most of them are scared to actually do the job they asked for. If the Senate President, Karen Fann, was for Trump the members of the Board of Supervisors who ignored subpoenas would be in jail right now. The AG is not for Trump. I think the AG is for himself and he is likely trying to play both sides.
I've been wanting President Trump to do this very thing so he can be the first female president!!

Because they don't have the 2/3 majority and because Ducey won't call the Special Session, there may be another option open to them. I've been talking to a former AZ state senator who has consulted with a Constitutional attorney. From what I understand, they only need a simple majority because the other avenues are closed to them. I will ask her for more information.
I've started wondering if the "turning blue" narrative is fake.
Maybe CO isn't really blue--we lived in Southern CO for 12 years. Loved it there.
Maybe CA isn't as blue as we've been told.
Maybe AZ isn't turning blue, either.
Maybe through manipulation of the machines, and a main stream media narrative, they've been convincing us that parts of the US are turning blue, when they really aren't.

Yes we are! Rally on Monday at the Capitol. Today, contacting everyone I know to ask them to call the AZ AG's office. I'm sure there's something in it for him in this filing, but as least there's movement. Next, we need a Special Session here in AZ. House Speaker Bowers and Senate President Fann need to step up and do the right thing!!! We're watching.

Bowers is a weak leader. The old Republican leadership thinks that they can slow walk this the December 14th and at that point they can just throw up their hands and tell us it's too late, that nothing can be done. Not true.
We need to lean on our leaders-call, email, post on their social media that we want them to act. Join a march/protest if you can. It doesn't feel like much some days but with the loud roar of us all calling/writing at the same time, they'll hear us.
They actually think that if they wait us out, life will go back to the "normal" before President Trump. Time to let them know that's not going to happen.
