By the WSJ's own numbers, deaths vs. cases, the overall mortality rate is just 99.86%.

Since they first mentioned shutdowns and masking I asked how do we turn it all off? I have contacted elected and unelected policy makers many times and asked then just that. I have never gotten an answer. There is no metric to return to normal. When we do, how long until we go right back to this for the next virus? It can be never-ending if they desire it to be.

Bullshit. From what I can tell they have no idea if the respondents were depressed before covid. All that study might insinuate is half the general population may have symptoms of depression that for the covid subjects continued after covid.

I think what is being missed here is that most are not saying it doesn't exist or doesn't kill. I think the point is that we have lived with deadly viruses throughout history. Influenza kills in a similar manner to china flu (if in doubt research any designated china flu symptom or long term effect and influenza is nearly identical), across a wider demographic, yet we don't collapse society for it. The china flu infection and death count numbers are suspect. They may be much higher than other viruses, they may not. Countering scientific opinions and numbers are censored. We feel for people who have lost their lives to any virus/disease, but we are seemingly being deceived on so many levels about the chinaflu. Beauracratic momentum is carrying our country and world toward an uncertain future, and being used for political gain. Attempted control of the masses is the goal. That is where the anger is coming from. How do we ever get out of this when no metrics, since day one, have been given to establish a return to normal society? It could be endless, which for some is their goal. We need to turn the tide against criminal beauracratic overreach and regain our personal freedoms and lives..

The antsemitic posts that are showing up will kill the movement's credibility if allowed to stand. I'm sure that's the shills plan. Gotta take care of it mods.

More words with no supporting data. The left in a nutshell.

In,March, the second they started talking about lockdowns, I started asking my government reps, both federal, state, and county, what the metrics were to end lockdowns. I never got an answer from any. And here we are, still.

I remember this bozo. People i talked to argued this guy's illness was evidence of how bad kung flu was. No shame in these people.

It might have been easier to list companies that don't support blm.

The justifications given for these unlawful lockdowns is always given in absolute numbers. Twice the deaths, 1000 more deaths, total deaths, with no analysis given beyond a made to be shocking number. Sweden's death total is .0002 of its population, Norway and Denmark .00004 and .00007 of their population's respectively (all rounded). We are not given population demographics, other disease rates, mortality circumstances, overall mortality rates in the demostrated countries. I am not an epidemiologist so I can't make a scientific judgement as to whether these are medically statistically significant numbers. I can however notice a lack of comparison to how many people die because of reduced standard medical care and other traumas caused by lockdown. I can notice we have politicians who have painted themselves into a corner and now have to double down on their questionable lockdown narrative. I fear President Trump has been painted into a corner and has to echo the opinions of his overreaching advisors. Our state and federal beuracrats, both elected and non elected, started a process with no plan on how to get out of it and mitigate it's damage. Some did this knowingly, some in a panic. It concerns me that President Trump is echoing the narrative. I hope he has a plan. He has on all else prior. I just want real scientific dialogue to arrive at a conclusion, not alternative voices silenced by unelected ideologues to arrive at a predetermined conclusion.

Every virus circulates in the population for potentially decades, thus, annual influenza.

MD in the same boat. We have a RINO as governor. He just issues dictatorial edicts and takes shots at President Trump.

This guy is fantastic. I have seen a few of his interviews. He is spot on the agendas being driven imo. Immune system argument makes sense but I'm not a doctor but I stayed at a holiday inn express.

Not a mental giant. He just has a platform. Draws a conclusion from a false premis.

We all agree, and it's been obvious from the start the numbers we've been given are skewed. Our problem is "they" are using the conflated numbers and collapsing the economy. My job is in jeopardy. Your job is in jeopardy. Your kid's future job is in jeopardy. The question becomes, what do we do? I'm not sure what the answer is. The ballot box is an obvious answer, but if we are still in this by November, President Trump will just be picking up the pieces. The virus is the threat in only as it is being used to take down our way of life.

If you weren't testing before, and then start testing, what do you think the results will be? Use that with any disease. Virus is very contagious, but these numbers are misleading.
