We're in the end stages of all our government institutions, well, actually all institutions in the U.S. At this point, there are now brilliant minds, creative solutions, men taking initiative to solve problems left in these institutions. They are all now centralized bureaucracies that reward group think, cog in the wheel type processing and avoiding personal responsibility at all costs. You can see this in the way Comey always had a "group" sign off on every little thing he did...this is what passes for leadership in end stage failing institutions.

I don't believe that parents who send their kids to public schools really love their children. Oh, I'll admit all the biological feelings and traits are there, but any parent of sound mind that still thinks public schools are good for children, is just really more interested in having the government raise their kids rather than taking on the responsibility of raising their kids themselves.

I am not getting the jab for at least a year because the politics surrounding it are too much for me and I don't trust the ulterior motives of those who are pushing it.
That being said, the scariest scenario to me (which seems unlikely at this point but ya never know) is that the jab really is compromising the immune system and then in some time in the near future, a year or so, all those who got the jab end up with debilitating side effects that really couldn't be detected in the initial days and months. There's just too much that could go catastrophically wrong for me to not take my chances either a) getting COVID, which I'm betting I won't because no one close to me has had it or b) betting on my own immune system for survival because I have a 99.9% chance of being sick for a couple of days and then being just fine.

Nancy Pelosi is the chief of police of the Capital Police. She's the one who decides what they do. This is distinct from the D.C police who have their own chief of police who answers to D.C. Mayor Muriel Browser. Nancy Pelosi, as speaker of the House, is not just the politicians that Capital police answer to, one of her official roles as Speaker is also being the chief of police. I don't know what Schiff has to do with Capital police but I do know that House Dems went into hysterics and became a bunch of drama queens. Capital Police are unlike other police forces in American in that, 1) they can't order Senators and House Represenatatives around like police in other places can order civilians. 2) Capital police are a huge police force given that they have a very small juristiction. I think it's one police officer to every ten or twenty people that lives or visits the Capital. 3) Capital police are overly concerned with making house representatives happy because the majority power is always their boss...making one majority member house representative unhappy can have huge consequences for their jobs. What most likely happened is that the Capital Police started getting flustered because the house Dems started faux panicing , so they felt they needed a "display" to appease their de facto bosses. That's probably the atmosphere that led to the shooting. Also, the Capital police were getting mixed messages all day - some thought they should let the protestors in and some were spraying tear gas at them 50 yards away from the congressional building.

Burnsville is about 80% white, 10% hispanic and 10% black. It's not located in Hennepin or Ramsey counties but in Dakota County. It has elected Republicans to Congress within the last five years although it's represented by a Democrat right now. It's a bedroom community meaning most of the household's have a person who is commuting to work.
I would highly doubt that riots would break out here and if they do, they'll be put down more quickly than in Brooklyn Center or Minneapolis. In fact, if riots do occur in Burnsville, or anywhere in Dakota County, i will bet the end result will be an overwhelming victory for Republicans at all levels in 2022. This is not the type of community that is going to sit back and take lawless riots. Dakota County is not Hennepin County (Minneapolis) or Ramsey County (St.Paul).

MTG's bill to censure Maxine Waters is a litmus test. Any Republican that does not vote to censure Maxine Waters needs to go. This isn't a test that is going to result in the censure and outing of Maxine Waters because the Democrats control the House and Nancy Pelosi is Speaker of the House. This isn't about the result. This is about knowing what Republicans need to lose in 2022, even if a Democrat wins. The mid term elections need to hang in the balance and need to depend on whether or not Republicans find the back bone to vote against Maxine Waters. This is not about results, so I don't want to hear a bunch of dummies who don't understand what a Democrat House Majority means, complaining that Republicans failed to remove Maxine Waters. My theory is that Democrats are afraid that if the U.S. does go to war, the military will side against D.C. at least at the enlisted and lower officer level. The witch hunt against extremists in the military are all about trying to remove practicing Christians, conservatives and Republicans.
The left may think they are shoring up the U.S. military. They are not. See, what the godless, especially in democracies, fail to realize is the militaries have never been part of the social contract. In Enlightenment political thought, the social contract came about and created the modern nation state. It's build on the premise that the citizens or subjects give up some of their rights by nature, such as paying taxes or obeying the rule of law, in order to have protection provided by the government, a police force, semi decent courts, basic societal rules enforced etc. however, the social contract does not work in ordering soldiers into harm. A soldier has to be motivated by patriotism, a belief in the just cause of what they're doing, a reliance on the wisdom of leaders. The more the military carries out these witch hunts, the more they are eroding all three of these pillars. If they think they can replace conservatives with woke soldiers, they're wrong. The woke can't act as honorable soldiers but more as wage workers that are just doin' a job. Soldiers who don't care if they win or lose but are just punching a clock, aren't going to take risks or put themselves in harm's way to accomplish missions.
If Kevin McCArthy doesn't take action against Maxine Waters, he needs to go. Every single Republican needs to vote against Maxine Waters and if any of them poo poo this away, they need to lose their next election, even if a Democrat wins.
