Don't really need a super computer unless you were going to calculate it incredibly in depth. Being a close race if you assume that the odds of a voter voting for Joe are 1 in 2 then the probablity would be 1/(2^168336). Most calculators can't get to numbers as big as 2^168336 which is 50675 digits long. Of couse one over that would be an increadibly small number. If you were to use to actual chance someone voted for joe which is 1 in 2.14 before the voter fraud then the results would slightly different but nothing significant.
Someone could have randomly had the domain and then just recently made it redirect to that site.
