Also I'm pretty sure you can redefine all the words in the dictionary and this would not change the meaning of our constitution. Isn't it stated any definition is defined by the definition said word held when written? It would require a whole new amendment to "constitutionally" remove even a single LETTER from our constitution, and even still what's remaining has to be defined by its original meaning. One of the great hidden checks and balances our founding fathers integrated into our republic.
