I first heard on a am radio station out of DFW while plowing fields and baling hay during the summers. It was 89 I think and in my early teens.

I absolutely think they would punt. Above all they dont want to give the appearance of partisanship. They will be adverse to render any decision that would result in Trump outright winning. Assuming the believe the case is valid, they aren't going to let it stand. Better to disenfranchise all voters equally, tear the states officers that oversaw the election a new ass in the opinion, let the house vote on it per the constitution.

I meant that yes the courts would hear the case then rule against it. Not necessarily on merits but because they dont want to get involved in a political dispute. Higher courts have done this on such subjects. They excuse this by believing it's better to have a shitty election than to destroy all faith in the way we do elections. Right or wrong that's they take into account more than what's in front of them.

It's like a circumstantial criminal case. Lots of outs for the jury to take, in our case, a judge.

I think if it came down to tossing all mail in ballots then it would be like setting off an atomic bomb. 2 problems. 1 How can they be sure a significant portion of the ballots are bad. 2 if they toss them, they will surely toss many good ballots which would disenfranchise all those voters who should have their voices heard.

I think more likely they toss the whole election in that state and kick it to the house.

Trumps overall goal I believe is to win in the state houses or fed house.

Of course he is pushing to win whatever states he can through the courts. I think the best chances are PA and GA.

We will need one more state if we get those 2.

The real goal I think is to get enough proof of fraud to get the Supreme Court to toss out enough states results or the entire results and send it to the house. Or convince a state house or 2, to do their constitutional duty and send Trump electors.

Chance are good in GA and PA. Not as good in MI, WI. Poor in NV and AZ.

Really though it depends on how much and what type of fraud he can prove to leverage.

I have a suspicion that the whole "glitch" fraud everyone is chasing is not going to go anywhere. I suspect the cheating was done at the individual tabulator by the operator. Perhaps there is something there but so far I haven't seen any smoking gun. The problem is its going to be incredibly difficult to get the access to even find the smoking gun

The better route and where most of the fraud happened, is the poll watchers being excluded that permitted the ballot stuffing.

The only protection we have to make sure a mail in ballot is valid is when its checked against the voter roll and the signature matched. Dems in NV, MI, WI, PA and GA did various things to remove those protection. They kicked out the people that are supposed to watch that get done and challenge ballots that don't match, they added people to voter rolls as they were counting, they disregarded even checking if it was a valid voter in some places. If the supreme court has the backbone to step up and throw out the results in those states based on this...then Trump wins.

It probably is really going to come down to convincing the Supreme Court enough fraud went on in those locations to alter the election. The argument is going to be equal protection. Votes in those counties were treated differently that votes in other counties from the same states.

Everything else is noise.

I don't buy into the trustyplan, its all a big sting. There is no way to pull that off unless they were wiretapping key dems for that last several weeks. To many dems in those places for anything like that to happen without them leaking to the media.

One big thing that works against us is that the courts generally prefer not to get involved in this thing and may just punt. Historically, nobody wants to pull back the covers on election fraud and find what kind of monster had been hiding there. Individuals, they will go after ruthlessly to show the plebs they don't put up with it. Widespread fraud across multiple states, especially involving counting machines.....I don't have much hope of them confronting that.

I think the dems finally shifted so far left, that patriots like him that differed with the republicans on some social policies were left behind. Then the republican party has slowly shifted more center on many social policies views that frankly were stupid and short sighted. It was a natural fit. We need to start at our states. Select MAGA candidates and push them up. We need to scour current state reps and find MAGA candidates for national offices. We need to find business MAGA candidates to run. We need them to come from all parts of the country.

We have a great rising of young talent that hasn't been chewed up by the machine. We need them to run and primary all the old Rhinos. Especially the ones not on the Trump train.

We need to completely takeover the GOP, retire the Rhinos and make the neocons flee.
