I just want to say for those on the fence about homeschooling, this is our first year. There are billions of easy to find curriculums online catered to whatever your heart desires from $0 - $200. I teach my child 7 subjects, we start at 9am and are finished by noon, 4 days a week.
With the internet it’s a piece of cake to find other homeschoolers nearby to set up play dates or projects. Your kids can be socialized, without masks, no six ft apart. You know like the good ole days.
I could easily get a part time job or a work at home Job if I wanted to but I’m still enjoying stay-at-home mom status.
What I’m trying to say is You can do it. And the time is now.
Because your Church leaders failed you, shame on the pastors for letting this go this long. We never should have closed. Never. Time for people to take the church back. Start backyard revivals, Park gatherings, heck parking lot services. Don’t wait for permission and don’t wait for your pastor, it’s time to lead.

Most times I just walk in with complete authority, and confidence. I immediately begin my transaction or substance of business at the location offer no time for anyone to even have an opinion on the matter. On places with mask guards at the door I don’t even bother going to. But I’m no longer wearing one ever. I don’t even keep them on my person so I’m not tempted to give in. I live in Texas and we currently have a mask mandate so this effects nearly every portion of my day. I’m not having it anymore.
I have pulled my kids from the school and I don’t wear them at restaurants to be waiting to be seated because that’s absolutely nonsense. I will now no longer take a mask to grocery stores. They either let me in to shop, or I will go elsewhere or I will order online.
This will not stop till we make it stop.

I’m so sick of this too, I think it’s high time to make backyard church. Invite your friends, set up lawn chairs have a bible study. If my pastor isnt going to step up well I guess it’s our job now.

My private school is requiring masks. I’m so over it. So I told the school no. We left, now we are homeschooling until school is 100% normal again. My kids won’t be used as propaganda tools to fuel all this hysteria. This has to stop.
I’ve noticed in my town, the people who defy the mask orders are predominately women. That needs to change.

Incredibly familiar territory. In some eyes, the idiot people were congregating around church relics for safety causing more disease spread. The idiot people were revolting against all those trying to help, government , medicine, etc. and making matters worse.

My mom almost died of Covid, not necessarily the virus but the nontreatment involved. She got sick , tested positive and then became a leper to the medical community. They wouldn’t make appointments with her. Untreated she gets a kidney infection (pyelonephritis), Sepsis and body goes into shock. Finally we find dr Lozano who gives the trump cocktail and 7 days later she is fine.
Who knows if she even had Covid (because tests are suspicious) point is once you’re tagged Covid, No one will see you as anything else and no one will see you period till your so helpless you “agree” to a ventilator and die.

My mother got sick, and just couldn’t shake it, finally got tested at urgent care. Covid. They gave her aleve. Days later way worse, called her doctor told him she tested positive but wasn’t getting better, he set up a virtual appointment then never showed. The next day she can’t get out of bed, she can’t hold food down she can’t catch her breath. I call her doctor he finally explains he can’t see and won’t treat Covid patients. We frantically find ems friends and nurse friends who bring ivs to our house. She does not want to go to the hospital because she will have to go alone because you know COVID. A friend reaches out mentions Ivette Lozano who treats Covid out of hospital. We go to her office, line is out the door because she is the only doctor treating Covid. After 4 or 5 hours wait the dr Lozano sees my mother takes her blood pressure, urinalysis, blood test immediately. My mom is septic, she has a kidney infection and her body is in shock. She said in any other case she would have sent my mother to the hospital but because she is tagged now Covid Positive it would be a death sentence. So dr Lozano gives her 5 shots, hydroxychloroquine, z-pack -and zinc. Dr Ivette spends the next week actively calling and texting my mother and having her come in for additional shots and tests. Within 7 days my Mom is fine. She was septic and in shock and on deaths door and now she is absolutely fine. People can say all they want about these “quack” doctors but these doctors were the only ones willing to treat my mom like a human who needed help and not a leper or a statistic. People need to know the truth, people need options before they need to go to the hospital. People need compassionate healthcare. People need doctors who are fighters.

I also believe the virus is real and can get out of control if left untreated. If you don’t mind me asking. What is the protocol at your hospital for Covid patients? Ivs? Steroids? Antibiotics? Urinalysis? Blood draws? What is your hospital treatment plan?
Just to continue, I think the virus is real, and I also think it’s more treatable than the flu. But NO ONE will treat it. So you get secondary problems. My mom had corona virus with no underlying conditions. She is healthy and in her 50s but because all she was given was aleve she eventually got a kidney infection from her weakened state. And since she was “Covid” no one would bother to help her secondary symptoms (kidney infection) which led to her sepsis and her body going into shock. All easily treatable. How many more are dying from easily treatable secondary infections because they are written off as “Covid patients” ie “good as dead” or “$39,000”
My mom got sick beginning of June, achy joints and low fever, but not much more. She was like this for a week with not getting better so decided to get tested just to see. Went to urgent care they gave her the test and prescribed her aleve. 5 business days later it’s a positive result, so she asks urgent care now what? They say keep taking aleve, we don’t treat Covid.
A couple days pass and symptoms intensify. She can hardly stand everything hurts so bad and now she’s throwing up every time she eats. Still fever. She calls her family doctor, he sets up a virtual appointment 2 days later but never shows up. I call for her and tell them I need to make an appointment TODAY , it’s been 15 +days up to this point. They say sorry but we won’t see any Covid positive patients. I call urgent care again, they won’t see Covid patients. We find an ems and nurse friend who bring us IV fluids to our house. Another friend reaches out and tells us about a doctor in Dallas who will see new patients and Covid patients and treats them. This is Friday afternoon so we have to wait till Monday morning. My mom is adamant not to go to the hospital because we all know they aren’t going to treat her either and my father and I can’t be there to advocate for her.
Monday we get to the new doctors office. The line is out the door. She is one of 4 doctors in the state who will see a Covid patient. So everyone is here. After 5 hours of waiting my mom gets in. The doctor immediately had her blood drawn and urinalysis done. My mom was SEPTIC. She too her blood pressure. My mom was in SHOCK.
The doctors said in any other circumstance she would have admitted her to the hospital right then but because she had that Covid positive test attached to her name she told my mom it was a death sentence. She gave my mom 5 shots of steroids, antibiotics, and hydroxychloroquine and zinc. Mom went home.
Two days later she still is puking and not much change. This new doctor texts my mom and asks how she is feeling. My mom gives her a report and the doctor doesn’t like it and has her come in immediately for another round of shots.
Two days later, probably up to 30 days now or more at this point and my mom is running circles around me. She’s cleaning the house again, she’s cooking and eating for herself again. She’s talking our ears off. I could have cried, we were so lost before and no medical professional would help us aside from nurses and ems who gave us a hand under the table.

All these “safety” measures are a crock of shit, it’s not for humanity’s sake. Or else why did we have to jump over mountains to find one single doctor to treat my mom???
Generation x has done nothing but blame every other generation for all their problems and unhappiness , they are generation Karen. They have contributed nothing as a whole and gave up their children to public education for free childcare while also demanding their children never be disciplined or experience any smidgen of hardship whatsoever. Why people have given them a pass is beyond me
No child is going hungry in American because they are poor, they are going hungry because they’re parents aren’t feeding them. I can’t throw a rock in this town and not hit 1 of 12 church food drives giving out boxes of food everyday.
I’m in Texas so it has been mandated by our government. I can no longer buy groceries unless I wear the mask. So now I’m stuck at curbside, until this over.
