If you're a Conservative, you have GOT to stay in your home state and solve the problem at the local level, or we're ALL gonna be fucked. The NY and CA money easily overpowers people who built their net worth in a less expensive state, and many of these small communities are completely powerless against the ignorant Californians who just sold their 2 bedroom condo for $750,000 and now have completely priced out the local housing market, without bringing any new jobs to support the new housing price floor.
