Not dooming, but I'm genuinely curious, as to how we proceed. Clearly the original records were wiped, and if no clean backups are found, how does this process move forward? Is there federal or state constitutional guidance for such a scenario?

The reason I ask is due to the fact that WE THE PEOPLE are clearly instrumental in advancing the process. Our public servants seem to have a hard time getting their fat asses in gear without patriots dumping thousands of calls, emails, and letters on them daily. I want to make sure I'm directing my energy in a way that positively moves us toward a solution.
