Well you gotta consider executive order 13887 from September 19, 2019 which enabled the private sector to go around the CDC and aggressively produce testing kits. So while the CDC "coincidentally" failed (Fauci had ONE job lol) the private sector was already way ahead with a plan B.
The questions become: Did Trump know their 'plan' in advance? Did Trump perhaps stumble onto this via deregulation, forcing the Chinese to start the attack early?
Also consider how he gave the agricultural companies "way more money than they even asked for" and encouraged them to make as much food as possible. Was he preparing us?

I appreciate the criticism of Trump insofar as the question of why he is letting deep-state people go through with this plan. I wondered the same thing. Gen. Flynn had a great response to that. If Trump didn't have Fauci and Birx front and center in these press beatings, they would instead be on the Fake News telling people Trump is screwing up. Instead it's their faces being presented while they are continuously proven wrong, allowing the world to wake up on their own. You can't change someone's mind directly, they have to figure it out themselves. Further, Gen. Flynn posits this question: If Trump is in league with the deep state, why would he promote Gun Purchasing? In New Jersey for example with one of the most severe restrictions against gun rights, they recently enabled parking lot drive-thru sales of guns! It's easy to see the moves as a cause for concern and I grant that I could be wrong but I have faith.
