From what I understand, these Trump alternates place the electors in dispute and makes the states contested. That mean neither candidate receives those electors, and neither will reach 270 if certain swing states do this. Then the Legislatures of each state gets 1 vote. There are more Republican state legislatures than democrap. Mike Pence is also a vote.
