The danger of the SCOTUS is the reluctance to disenfranchise or throw any votes out.
Under the Constitution (as per Mark Steyn ) there is a provision to do an election over.
This is the first I have heard of it....have Americans donate to fund a paper ballot, signature-matched, in-person vote.
It would only need to be done in the swing states.....
