Are you guys sure this is that bad? It looks like the bill would removes limits for green card grants on a per country basis but I don't see anything about altering the limits on total number of green cards granted.

As an example, lets say that we have a green card limit on India of 10,000 per year and a limit of 1 million green cards per year for all countries combined. If the 10,000 limit on India is removed but the 1 million limit is not then we get the same number of green cards issued per year, the only difference is they will likely be issued based on when people apply. Essentially it will be first come first served and being from a specific country will not have an affect.

This still means that we will probably get more immigrants from higher populated countries (just because there will be more people applying from them) like India, but honestly I think there are worse places to get immigrants from and that might not be a bad thing.

I disagree that Flynn will discuss this. I don't think martial law, etc. (if it even happens) will be mentioned by Trump's people until it is certain that he will not be re-elected. Its going to cause a huge uproar and there is no reason to cause that until it is necessary.

I hope the rumors are true and the military is taking care of the federal investigation part. I imagine this would be way more effective than having the DOJ investigate. If both are investigating it could leads to conflicts (and maybe leaks?).

Has Trump said anything about Barr's statement? I would imagine he would be bashing Barr unless he understands that Barr is trying to look as apolitical as possible for now. Maybe they both know there is nothing to be gained by having the swamp (DOJ) investigate at this point? Who knows.

I agree that that is what he was talking about but he is being misleading. When he says “trump votes” he is referring to people who only votes for trump and not down ballot. It makes sense that there would be more trump votes than straight GOP votes in democrat counties and vise versa in republican counties.

Either he is wrong or the way he explained it is wrong.

It doesn’t explain anything. Biden got 130% of the democrat vote. That doesn’t mean 130% Democrats voted.

StableGenius9000 1 point ago +1 / -0

This is not what it means. Lets say Biden got 100% of the registered democrat votes. He also got a certain amount of independent votes which equals 30% of the democrat votes. Now the number of votes he has is equal to 130% of the democrat votes. It is impossible for Biden to have 130% of the democrat votes and for all of those votes to have been cast by democrats. Its illogical. Because Biden got 130% of the democrat votes then Trump logically got -30% of the democrat vote. The problem is that those +30% democrat votes for Biden were not democrat votes, they were independents.

If you looked at all the votes together (democrat, ind., repub) then it would make perfect sense. Biden would have 100% of the democrat vote (just as an example, this doesn't have to be true for the argument to hold up), 50% of the independent vote and 0% of the repub vote. The Dr. is falsely attributing the independent votes that Biden received to democrats.

Its very misleading. When he says that Trump got -30% he is trying to confuse you. He is saying Biden got 100% of the democrat vote, and then got additional votes (not registered democrats) that equals 30% of the number of democrat votes. Because Biden got 130% of democrat votes (may be true but is very misleading stated this way) then Trump got -30% democrat votes, even though that extra 30% were not democrat votes. Its ridiculous and this guy should never be allowed to speak publicly about election fraud again.

His other analysis of Trump votes in PA was extremely misleading too IMO>

I think this guys analyses are misleading. If there are 3,000,000 voters and 30% are registered democrats (1,000,000), that means that Biden got 1,300,000 votes. There isn't anything strange about that. The -30% democrat vote for Trump is even more misleading.

I also didn't agree with his other analysis of Trump votes (in PA I think it was).

So I looked up 2020 deaths on the CDC website and there does appear to be excess deaths compared to previous years. I’m no expert but I am confused.

In my opinion, the trend that Shiva showed doesn’t indicate fraud. He says that trump got less votes I. Republican counties which appears to be misleading. What he means is that trump got less votes that were trump only with no down ticket voting. It seems logical to me that in republican counties, of the people who vote trump, you’re going to have more down ticket voting then in democrat counties. It a democrat decides to vote for trump, it would t be that surprising if they didn’t vote down ticket. I made this comment on the video but the comment never showed up and was never responded to.

It’s crazy to think of US forces fighting each other. That’s some serious shit.

The first half of the interview is with General Mike Flynn. The second half is with Lt. Gen. McInerney who is the one that states the 305th is the Kraken. He makes it sound like the 305th has been known by this name in the past. This video has been shared already but it’s not getting much attention.

For those who dont know, one of the affidavits submitted with Sidney Powell’s suits in GA and MI is from an officer formally with the 305th.

Another interesting thing that the Lt. General states is that he has heard there were American casualties during the seizure of the server(s) in Frankfurt Germany. He also confirms that the servers were CIA.

General Flynn is asked about the servers and he declines to comment at this time.

I imagine the GA court system has a higher likelihood of upholding the constitution than the rust belt states.

Why did she say “I think we have the call” referring to Coomer say he fixed the election? Sounds really weak and I am almost certain I read that Coomer made the statement in a chat room.

Can anyone speak to this?

Can you explain why in the first few exhibits the first several rows all have a same unique identifier? And then after that the rows start actually having a unique identifier?

2
StableGenius9000 2 points ago +2 / -0

The point is that the software is determine the vote distribution regardless of the ballots that are being run through the machines. It wouldn’t matter if there were 3 republicans looking at each ballot (assuming the video is correct).
