But we don't disagree. I see him as an ideal democrat. Not someone to be in the administration.

Though actually I think President Ttump was smart to let him in and then fire him. He gave him a chance and Bolton isn't a snake

No! You are doing the victim mentality thing. Suffering does not justify evil. It often creates evil but it does not justify it. How is what you are saying different from the blm looters getting their reparations?

Starfish -1 points ago +4 / -5

Of course they are evil. Execute them publicly for their crimes. Do not do in the darkness what should be done in the light.

I agree all that is fine. But not the throwing people out of helicopters part which is what people here seem to particularly like. Pinochet might have been a necessary evil to defeat Allende but he was not a hero.

Similar to Franco, he may have been on the right side. His opponents may have been evil. But what is being celebrated here is not someone who made mistakes while fighting for right. His "mistakes" are what this site has started celebrating. I don't have a problem with fighting a war against evil. I object to kidnapping people in the middle of the night and then torturing and killing them and never telling their families what happened. And it makes me sad that this site is trying to be edgy by supporting it. One of the many things I like about Trump is that he does not do Obama style drone strikes. I like that he does not throw people out of helicopters.

I definitely do not deny its necessity. I don't even think it is wrong per se. The man who defends his family whether in person or in the military is using violence well. But "disappearing" people who disagree and torturing people who disagree is not.

Communists are people.

I don't like him, and I the fact that this is an unpopular opinion is worrisome.

I hate communism because of the persecution and the fascism necessary to sustain it. I never minded 20 year olds who thought we should all share everything. I mind 26 year olds who want to try to force people to share. It is the force that is hateful.

Trying to turn Pinochet into a hero means embracing force so long as it is on "my" side, but my side is the side of freedom and therefore the anti-fascist side. I do not like fascism no matter whether it is Stalin or Hitler, antifa or blm or lgbt.

I hope my love for freedom does not eventually put me outside the right as it has put me definitively outside the left.

Pedophiles take over every area of society. She ignored the pedophilia in Hollywood and the pedophilia in San Francisco and the pedophilia in Sacramento too.

Starfish -1 points ago +1 / -2

I hate that too, but generational dynasties are also bad. I want rule to come from true outsiders every 8 years. Trump was an outsider. Trump jr. Or Ivanka never can be outsiders again.

Starfish 7 points ago +9 / -2

No. I hate dynasties. It was my greatest dislike initially for clinton and for Jeb!

I want Noem.

Yes, it is legal.

But not after saying 100 times that you won't take a salary. Then it is fraud.

I think Bannon is no friend to MAGA.

I don't think she faked her arrest. I think the arrest was coming because of justifiable reasons and she used it to promote her documentary. The charges make sense only if her Mom recorded her physically beating a family member. Then she stole the phone and destroyed the evidence. We will know more tomorrow.

Starfish 7 points ago +8 / -1

That is not unfortunate though. Like the guy who got beat up at Macy's and now doesn't want to press charges. If the police just say okey dokey, thugs will threaten to do more if you press charges.

I am just relying on what is here on the front page. I am just saying that this looks a bit like Jussie to me, and we shouldn't jump too quickly. By all means watch closely, but judiciously.

-3
Starfish -3 points ago +1 / -4

That is the thing. I make no accusation but

  1. Happens to release documentary same day

  2. Video ready to go

  3. Convenient shirt

  4. What seems to me like bad acting

  5. Her son's reaction seems out of place. Like maybe he was told something frightening by her to make him cry like that.

On the other hand

  1. The no bond thing
  2. You don't usually get arrested for a dispute over a cell phone from months ago.

Starfish 4 points ago +7 / -3

If it breaks. Then yes it is yet another proof that ccp is evil and that communism doesn't work. But hoping that it will break is also something monstrous.

On 1776, the people's elected representatives decided to go to war. It was not just a riot. Personal violence is a crutch for people who are losing the important work of convincing others.

A state can secede, but you have to be part of a geographic community who have agreed to secede, and then be prepared to fight. Beginning with the fight is skipping over the hard part.

It is why our goal must be to convince. When the majority agree with us, enforcement will happen.

1
Starfish 1 point ago +31 / -30

Never. Our side is defined by the capacity to keep laws. Nothing is hateful about the other side except their destructiveness. This is ehat it means to hate the sin but love the sinner. Someone who riots for Trump is not on my side. Someone who peacefully tries to convince me to vote Biden is on my side. They are just a redpill away from agreeing. The sides are not about party or even Trump vs. Biden. I support Trump because he is on the side of justice and freedom. Evil can win by rioting because rioting is evil, but good cannot win by being evil.

Just an arms race until everyone is screaming and no one is listening.

Starfish 14 points ago +16 / -2

The reason this is stupid is that race has little to do with it. Most billionaires are white. They are doing the paying. Oprah and Hermain Cain and other black billionaires also pay their share. Meanwhile white Appalachia is full of government parasites. The transfer is not from them to their black neighbors. It is from:

  • Workers to slackers
  • The rich to the poor
  • The responsible to the irresponsible
  • The self-sufficient to the selfish

Sure in aggregate this currently means that white people pay more and black people get more. But Hermain Cain never took anything from you.

And BTW, this only works at all if the Jewish billionaires are white. Why is it that racists always want to include them when it is convenient? Soros pays his share in taxes.

This isn't about race. It is about attitude. I stand with everyone else who is willing to work and supports free speech, i.e. is based. Don't try to divide the based because of color or whatever else. I will take a based immigrant over a "muh food stamps" who is a 5th generation German-American like me.
