What I've found so far:

• This database is in a terrible format
• Jefferson County appears to have issues as people that definitely voted last week do not have an updated last voting date. This could be in other counties as well.
• I haven't found any dead family members on the list as of yet

Does anyone know how to read the files? I understand the personal information part but I don't understand the codes.

Just for clarity, is this happening right now during recount? Or is this looking at statistics from the first round of counting?
