There are things he's not able to do because of optics. He was already walking on thin ice. If he helped Kyle Rittenhouse, it would have buried him sooner and many would not have voted for him simply because he backed, what the public saw was, a murderer. Kyle is a controversial person in all of this and Trump needed as much support as possible.
What I know for certain is that Trump genuinely loves America and is one of the few politicians that actually do. He was one of the few to speak against antifa. One of the few to call out the deep state corruption. To call out the MSM bias. One of the few to say EXACTLY what I was thinking. I had so many 'the mad man actually said it' moments. He was one of the few to actually fight for us.
I don't feel betrayed by Trump. I'm just disappointed with the end. Did he use us? Probably. But he had to. That's what you do with an army. But I volunteered and I only have myself to blame for the things I did and did not do during the last 4 years to show my support. I regret nothing.
