Not sure if you exercise a lot, if not 1) Lift weights (use heavy items/pushups etc till gyms open)/do cardio 2) eat well, take care of yourself 3) Read the Bible everyday for at least 10-15 minutes 4) There is a tv guy (not a scammer) who passed called Arnold Murray that was a Korean War battle vet that is great(youtube or his son is still going ), also Joel Osteen is good for a positive uplift, but less detailed. I agree that guy in black did not start/incite riot by himself. What I'm suggesting is that this little viral video attempt was part of a larger organization(team DNC/Antifa/Soros/Biden). I read on another site that some mentioned that local police commissioner said that "people were seen being bussed in" from out of town. It is rare that they get so sloppy to show us one of their small operations.

Fact: 50ish year old man brings hammer and smashes out Autozone window during high profile racially charged incident in broad daylight. How many 50 year old "regular citizens" have you personally witnessed doing that, in your life?

Gentlemen with pizza box, acts like he is confronting him (is going to fight him/doesn't know him) and asks him if he is a cop. New video shows pizza man and DNC agent walking up together (also heard saying loudly at 18 sec) , "this guy is a police officer right here". The Cop worked at a Crooked night club for about 17 years. Mr. Floyd worked there also. Did they have a preexisting beef? Police report Floyd did not start resisting until Cop showed up and wanted to put him in his car !
