Don't toss Cruz entirely, he is a valuable senate partner, and has done more than most of the swamp dwellers have. He also is a very gifted legal mind and while I am much more interested in the insurrection route, there may come a time when we need his specific skills. We could do a hell of a lot worse than Lion Ted. I think he will run for POTUS again, but not until 2028 or 2032 since he will be up for re-election in 2024 for the senate and I don't think he wants the distraction of trying to do both, very difficult, especially when it was such a difficult job to beat Beto last time.
