He doesn’t defend his past. He even said he was the embodiment of Wall Street greed.

People can change.

While I agree with the idea in principle, it is logistically problematic. A nationalist populist movement would certainly capture more segments of the Republican base than the libertarians ever managed, however, a split conservative vote would ensure liberal control for many years to come.

Of course, that doesn’t matter when democrats can cheat on the scale they do now.

Damned if you do damned if you don’t. Do you want bad representation or no representation?

I’m pretty disappointed about Assange. My best guess is that since Assange won his first extradition case, Trump may have calculated that he is likely to win against the appeal and soon be free man. If that’s the case then it wouldn’t be worth the political risk (and the continued wrath of corrupt intelligence) to he and his family to pardon him.

While I consider Snowden a hero for exposing massive 4th amendment violations, I can see how that’s a tougher call given the manner in which he exposed the government. I wish Trump was stronger on this but he must have his reasons.

Go after him for what? There are no pending charges against him. He is free once the extradition case is over.

Don’t just make shit up like liberals do.

You don’t understand how pardons work. Not only would a pardon kill the DOJ case against him and immediately free him, but it could be written broadly enough to prevent other prosecution against previous things he has done.

Your analysis is nonsensical. Citizenship has nothing to do with it. Non-citizens have been pardoned in the past.

An Assange pardon would immediately kill the DOJ case against him and the pardon could be written broadly enough to prevent any future prosecutions based off previous activities and document dumps.

There is no reason the CIA couldn’t suicide Snowden in Moscow right now. Your theory doesn’t make sense.

What are you talking about? The only reason Britain is holding him at this point is for the extradition hearings. He already won his first hearing and now it’s being appealed. If he wins the appeal he is a free man.

Everything will go to shit with his policies without tremendous luck, ie the .com boom during the Clinton years.

False flag or successful psyop so that it appears there is no public dissent to the Biden presidency? I can’t tell anymore.

All I know is that when push comes to shove, I’m sad to say that this community is going to bend over and let it happen.

Good bye free speech, fair elections, privacy, and perhaps soon 2nd amendment. The elite liberals control all institutions of power and the people are too comfortable to fight.

An American who exposed illegal mass surveillance programs and a journalist that exposed government crimes across the world don’t matter? Seriously, fuck off.

You can read one of dozens of articles on the U.S. attempts to extradite him and their current appeal in the UK courts to do just that. You are simply wrong.

Edit: For anyone else misinformed about whether Assange is being charged and faced with extradition:

"A British judge on Wednesday denied bail to WikiLeaks’ founder Julian Assange, ordering him to remain in a high-security prison while U.K. courts decide whether he will be sent to the United States to face espionage charges...

Lawyers for the U.S. government have appealed the decision not to extradite Assange, and the case will be heard by Britain’s Hugh Court at an unspecified date."

If so then the defamation suit will fail. Dominion will need to provide discovery proving that the claims against their company are false and have injured their business.

The problem for Powell is she made some general claims about the software flipping and switching votes. Most of the fraud in this election likely happened via ballot harvesting and officials scanning ballots multiple ballots.

If the machines played a part my guess is it was by flagging a relatively high percentage of ballots for adjudication which officials could then manually flip the vote. While significant, this was probably a very tiny percentage of the vote.

Rational liberals are an important part of this society, whether anyone here recognizes that or not. I do not desire a conservative echo chamber.

I agree with your distinction between the terms liberal and leftist, but you are not generally going to find that kind of nuance here at this time.

The democrats really shit the bed by gaslighting the nation, censoring anyone who disagrees with the leftist worldview, and putting political power over our basic freedoms. The line in the sand has been drawn and there is no turning back.

This theory is very unlikely, but I always thought that if Kemp knew the GA election officials were corrupt, then the optimal optics would be to appear against Trump until signature matching proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that fraud occurred. Being in the tank for Trump would make it much easier for the detractors to say that Trump and his “cronies” are stealing the election.

Unfortunately, RINOs are everywhere. Never trust the plan.

Please show me the clause in the Constitution regarding security clearances. Snowden whistleblowing about clear 4th Amendment violations was heroic.

You ARE a shill.

This is how I interpret it. Males are the oppressors so progressive males should be ashamed to put their pronouns in their bio. Though really it’s only white males.

I’m impressed that while running Tesla, SpaceX, Neuralink and the Boring Company, Musk still has time to mock liberal speak on social media. I am grateful.

You can find those Time articles online. They were not celebrating Hitler. In fact, they essentially call the western world cowards for doing nothing to push back against Hitler.

I see two options which have the same end result. Either favorable court decisions in SCOTUS or multiple states OR special sessions by state legislative bodies declare invalid elections, resulting in both candidates having fewer than 270 delegates at the convention. This forces a house vote by delegation, a constitutional procedure where each state House of Representatives cast one vote. Republicans hold a majority position in a majority of state legislatures.

Both paths seem highly unlikely at this point. Even if the delegation vote were to occur, the RINOs could still put Biden in office.

Why would he make a copy and keep images that contain child pornography? He’s not an idiot.

It’s obviously not about building a case right now, it’s about using prosecutorial powers to subpoena, depose, and request documents to obtain concrete evidence that can be made public.

The only chance for Trump is if state legislators designate electors for him. Legislators do not have the guts to do that unless explosive and irrefutable concrete evidence is presented to the public.
