I read on the Interwebz (specifically, a Twitchy thread) that Dominion did not use SolarWinds Orion, but Serv-U product, which was not part of the hack. The supposedly removed the "SolarWinds" from their webpage to be less confusing. I will say that the screenshot of the Dominion Voting page with the SolarWinds logo on it did have "Serv-U" (like the screenshot above). I'm not a computer-y person, I know just enough to screw up a computer, so I make no claims on being an expert on this subject, I just thought I'd put this out there.

Well this is interesting..."New California" and "New Nevada" - I don't think they would have standing as they are not actual states and not part of the "United States of America," and have not ratified the US Constitution. But I'm not a Constitutional scholar, so I could be wrong.
