Optics still matter until after the electors vote.

The fake news keeps saying "there's no substantial proof of voter fraud". There's hundreds of affidavits! Investigate to find the proof ffs. If they could investigate claims of Russian Collusion for years, they can certainly investigate claims of fraud in sworn affidavits. Do a full forensic audit, check videos, check chain of custody, check for the dead and those that moved. Hold people accountable! Do it now dammit, not for the next election. Now.

We truly are currently witnessing a color revolution in the US. One of the most necessary steps is an election that is called into question. As much as I do believe the Tree of Liberty is getting thirsty, we must keep in mind they want chaos and unrest.

It sounds like it violates the equal protection clause of the Constitution, so it won't be up to the judges in PA. It should go to the Supreme Court. A Supreme Court that now has Justices that argued this same point in 2000 and won.

Wow. It's really happening! Biden is only at 259 electoral votes! This is it, buckle up pedes.

Edit: it doesn't look like Real Clear Politics ever called PA, so it's not really rescinded. This lawsuit is great news though. I wouldn't be surprised if other outlets that did call it rescind. https://archive.is/AbBLr

Sorry, I misunderstood. Biden won the MA primary, so you are correct in that it would be a "no" bet.

Careful. That last predictit link is for the MA race, not MI. Probably just a typo, but you probably do not want to put big money on Massachusetts going red...sadly.

I will not give up. It's up to the recounts, audits, and courts now. I also will not give the libs the satisfaction of seeing me worried, disturbed...and certainly not unhinged. The only reeeeeeing will be them when Trump ultimately wins.

CNN at 930, after their "Joe Biden Address to Nation" coverage, is "Election Night in America". Election Night. They don't seem to realize election night ended 11/3/20. "Special continuing coverage with Chris Cuomo and Don Lemon". Yeah. It continues all right.

Solomon was just on War Room and didn't even mention the possibility of an audit. The above twitter post links to a story that Solomon did touch on, as far as equal protection rights and different counties' voters being treated differently. Nothing about an audit. From what I can tell, The PA Speaker of The House basically wrote a sternly worded letter to the Governor of PA requesting an audit. The Governor is a dem. So...who has the actual authority to proceed with (not just request) an audit? I tried an internet search but it's pretty difficult to figure out (probably by design). Hopefully the US Supreme Court can demand one since their previous order was ignored. Just wondering on the state level how it works. Also just trying to clear up that there does not yet seem to be an audit under way, from what I can tell. Anyone who understands this better please chime in. I'm trying my best to make sense of it.

Since it's up to state legislatures to write election laws then we need to be calling every single Republican in Republican controlled state houses and demanding strict election laws. Voter ID, election day not month, no ballot harvesting, regular purging of voter rolls, etc, etc.

NY Post results tracker shows the dem candidate in PA 17 House race up 51% to the Republican's 50%. Ummmm what? Common core math?
