Have never been to Georgia, unfortunately, but it surprised the hell out of me to find out that GA was a "battleground state". At least with AZ, you could argue that liberal Californians are working to make the state purple, but GA? Really?
In this scenario though, the states won by Trump have to vote for Trump. It's not like the Electoral College where they can become faithless electors.
