I know, we all know this already, but this is a huge problem. Seriously. Go on the “news” tab. Endless articles, every single freaking day about orange man bad, or Bernie man good. All with thousands upon thousands of upvotes. They’re obviously messing with the algorithm, but the hive mind is a very real thing.

Who knows how many assholes see the dumb shit they post there and take it as fact? People actually think POTUS is all of the things that fuck spez allows to stay up on his site. Quarantining/banning a subreddit because it goes against the way you think is asinine.

What can we do about this? More politicians need to know and need to call them out on this shit. Say what you want about Reddit, a lot of people use the site and form opinions. It’s election meddling and it needed to stop yesterday.
