Learn from the Rooftop Koreans... they strategically took the high ground and had cover... If you have the choice, take the tactical advantage. Ground-level at least have cover and a good defensive position with good visibility... Don't just assume that open carrying your weapons gives you 100% protection. These ppl need to stay safe! Use your vehicle as a barricade... something...

I'm not a cop so I wouldn't know... just putting that opinion out there? and wouldn't you try to separate the person you are arresting to the back of the vehicle so they can't just plop right back down in the driver's seat?
